RETURN RULES
CNC Routers, Presses, Vacuum Molds, , Custom made machines, Molds & Software
All CNC routers, presses, molds, and software are custom-built or configured to order. All sales of these products are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
Small Tools & Accessories
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before shipping any return. Contact support@rhythmcnc.com to request an RMA.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
- Upon receipt and inspection, a credit or refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged during shipping:
- Contact support@rhythmcnc.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Rhythm CNC will cover return shipping costs for items damaged in transit or with manufacturing errors on our end.
- We will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.
Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping for all standard returns (small tools and accessories).
- Rhythm CNC pays return shipping only when the order contained errors on our end or was damaged during transit.
